The Patient File


The patient file makes up the core of your QuickPractice software. It is from the patient file is that you will be doing the majority of your work inside QuickPractice and from it you can access almost any component of the software that is needed. From the patient file you can create/edit patients, input case and insurance information, coverage settings as well as S.O.A.P notes. You will also be able to enter service and payment transactions as well as transmit/print insurance claims.

 

You may access the patient file in one of two ways.

1. From the File menu click Look-At Patient's Record.

2. Click the   QuickLink icon located at the top left hand corner of the icon tray.
