What is QuickPay?


 

QuickPay allows your QuickPractice software to process credit card payments for you and your patients. Credit card payments made using QuickPay are directly integrated in your QuickPractice software.

After QuickPay has been set up, using it is simple.

1. Open your Payments Screen by clicking Add or the Receive Payment link at the top of the QuickPractice Screen. The Following screen will appear.

 

2. Click the credit card icon below the payment date selector.

3. Swipe the patient's credit card. If QuickPay is installed correctly, you will see the credit card number automatically populate inside the payment screen.

4. Enter the amount of payment to be applied. For more help, see the Payments section of this help menu.

5. Enter the payment type and apply the payment as you normally would.
