2. A dialog box labeled "Backup Practice To..." will open. Near the top of the box is a section labeled "Save In". Click the down-arrow button at the end of this section. This should display a list of all drives/resources available on your system.
3. From the list of drives/resources, click on the shared network resource or alternate hard drive you wish to backup files to. This should display the directories of the selected drive in the main window of the dialogue box.
4. Click on the directory in which you want to store the data.
5. If you wish, you may place the cursor in the "File Name" field and change the name of the backup file.
6. Click the Save button to begin the backup.
