The Edit Menu
The Edit Menu contains a number of functions that can assist you in manipulating the text fields you work with in QuickPractice. These commands are standard to most Windows-based programs.


Use the following table as a reference for defining the function of each menu item.

  • Undo - click to undo a cut/copy/paste/delete command.
  • Cut - click to cut highlighted text (will remove all text from text field).
  • Copy - click to copy highlighted text (will not remove text from highlighted text field).
  • Paste - click to paste cut/copied text into desired text field.
  • Delete - click to delete highlighted text.
  • Select All - click to highlight all text simultaneously. 
    • add (selected) data* - click to add new patient/case/diagnosis/charge etc.
    • edit (selected) data* - click to edit selected patient/case/diagnosis/charge etc.
    • delete (selected) data* - click to delete selected patient/case/diagnosis/charge etc.

 

**Note: The Edit Menu also contains a sub-menu with three Edit options that change, depending on which tab of the patient file you have opened.
