Custom Fields Preferences

The Custom Fields preferences is where you can name all of the custom drop downs and check boxes that appear throughout the Patient Information file.

Refer to the following screenshot and table as a reference guide for determining exactly how each text box in the custom fields preferences tab matches its corresponding custom drop down/checkbox.
