The Billing Menu
The Billing Menu contains several functions that can be used to bill patients send insurance companies.


Use the following table as a reference for defining the function of each menu item.

  • Patient Billing - click to generate and print a bill or a statement for a patient.
  • Insurance Claimsclick to generate an insurance claim for charges rendered to a patient.
  • Re-Bills/Tracers - click to re-bill all unpaid claims that fall within a specified date range. An unpaid claims is defined as an insurance claim that still has a balance linked to it.
  • Show All Claims - click to generate a list off all claims that have been generated within QuickPractice.
  • QuickBilling Report ** - click to generate a report to show status on all electronically billed claims falling within a specified date range.
