The Reports Menu
The Reports Menu contains links to all of the reports that can be generated from that data you have entered into QuickPractice. After the report has been generated it can then be printed for future reference.

Use the following table as a reference detailing the function of each menu item.

Click on the name of the report to view an example of the generated report and a more detailed explanation of its contents.

  • Day Sheet - click to view a report detailing all charges and transactions entered on a specific date(s)
  • Transactions - click to view a report detailing all transactions entered on a specified patient, or by a specified provider.
  • Accounts Receivable - click to generate a report detailing a summary of all outstanding balances in your practice file.
  • Charges - click to view a report detailing all service charges added on a specific patient, or by a specific provider.
  • Unbilled Services - click to view a report detailing all unbilled service charges made within a specified date range.
  • Unpaid Charges - click to view a report detailing all service charges have not had payments applied to them.
  • Insurance Billing - click to view a report detailing all insurance claims belonging to a specific patient or provider.
  • Batch Claims - click to view a report detailing all claim batches containing specified patients or providers.  
  • Unpaid Claims - click to view a report detailing all unpaid insurance claims billed within a specified date range. 
  • Re-Bill/Tracer - click to review a report detailing all unpaid insurance claims that are 45 days past due.
  • Payments Received - click to view a report detailing all received patient/insurance payments made within a specified date range.
  • Write-Offs - click to view a report detailing all patient/insurance write-offs that were entered within a specified date range.
  • Transfers - click to view a report detailing a list of transfers made to patients or insurances within a certain date range.
  • Applied Credits - click to view a report detailing credit memos that have been applied within a specified date range.
  • Refunds - click to view a report detailing all patient/insurance refunds made within a specified date range.
  • Payment Type - click to view a report all payments made with a specified payment method (i.e. cash, credit, etc.)
  • Unapplied Payments - click to view a report detailing all received payments not yet applied to a service charge.
  • Custom Reports ** - click to access any custom reports that have been installed into your software.
