Receipt Preferences


 

The Receipt Preferences tab is where you will come to customize the way your payment receipt messages look when you print them. To learn more about printing the receipts after you post a payment to the patient's file, click on the patient billing section of this menu.
 
Refer to the following screenshot and table as a guide for determining how each preference affects the way your receipts look.
 

  • Use Payment Memo as Receipt Message - Check to print the payment memo to the bottom of the payment receipt.
  • (Blank) Field - Use this field to enter a custom message to be printed to the bottom of the payment receipt.
  • Show Next Appointment - Check to print the patient's next appointment date and type to the top of the payment receipt.  
  • Include Practice Tax ID - Check to print the practice tax ID (EIN or SSN) at the top of the payment receipt.
