QuickPrint


QuickPrint is a feature used to electronically transmit claims from your system to QuickPractice, which will then be printed out and sent to the carrier from a remote location.

QuickPrint is intended for QuickPractice's electronic billing clients who wish to electronically transmit all insurance bills, even to those carriers who do not accept electronic claims. Claims transmitted via QuickPrint will be printed and mailed to the carrier from within QuickPractice office's. Using QuickPrint ensures that your own office will never need to mail a HCFA CMS-1500 form.

! IMPORTANT: Do not select this feature if you wish to print claims inside your office! The claims will not be printed.

To generate and save claims to the location you have specified, do the same as you would when you print paper claims, only this time selecting Print To File before clicking the Start button on the Insurance Billing window.

 

Tip: Using the word "PAPER" for an insurance company's payer ID will result in the software automatically sending claims linked to that insurance carrier via the QuickPrint service.
