Patient Billing


 QuickPractice uses two primary billing formats for collecting on outstanding patient balances.

While these two items might be at times interchangeable, there are differences between the two that will affect which one is used, depending on the circumstances. As a general rule, patient bill's are sent immediately after services are rendered, to reflect new or outstanding balances that are owed. While patient bills might not always reflect all unpaid charges, statements are typically sent in order to explain or provider and overview of a patient's entire account.
