Displays the referring physician selected in the patient's Claim
Data.
- Deductable
(amount/amt met/ends)
- If
used, displays the deductable amount entered into the coverage
section of Case Information.

Covered/Pat Co-Pay/Ins Co-Pay

Displays the coverage settings entered into Case Information.
- Start/Stop

Displays the authorized start/stop date of the insurance
policy.
- #Vis/Used

Displays the allowed visits and total visits used for the
insurance policy.
- Chgs/Tally

Displays the allowed amount and total used for the allowed
charges limit from Case Information.
- Pat
Balance

Displays the entire patient balance.
- Ins
Balance

Displays the entire insurance balance.
- Total

Displays the entire balance due.

The Service
Line
- Provider -
Select the Initials of the provider performing the service (can
be different from the primary provider).
- From/To -
Select the date of service for the charge (can be different from
charge entry date).
- Place
of Service - Select
the place of service code from the drop down menu.
- EMG

Select
the emergency code from the drop down menu.
- CPT/HCPCS - Select
or type in the desired service code.
- Modifier - Enter
any modifiers needed for the service.
- Diagnosis
Code - Select
or type the diagnosis code(s).
- Patient
Charge - Displays
the patient's responsibility.
- Insurance
Charge - Displays
the insurance's responsibility.
- Days
or Units - Specify
any days or units needed for the rendered services.
- EPSDT

Controls
- Diagnose - Click to access to
quickly chose a diagnosis code from your diagnosis codes list.
- Date (bottom left) - Select a date for the
charge entry date (might be different from date of service).
- Recall Last Visit - Click to copy
all service lines from the previous charge date.
- Where Services Rendered - Select
service facility (BOX 32).
- New Line - Click to enter a new
service line.
- Del Line - Click to delete
the selected service line.
- SOAP Note - Click to enter SOAP
notes screen.
- OK - Click to post charge.
- Leave
- Click to leave charge entry screen.
